Equestrian Practice
This movie from the 1930s is almost entirely about a well to do family and their home life in a very upscale neighborhood. The primary activities shown in the film are horseback riding. The film displays an experienced rider practicing his Equestrian skills. He also teaches a couple of the children some riding skills. The family has both a maid and a chauffeur, both shown briefly in the film. There are interesting scenes of the adults gathering prior to a social event dressed to the nines. The women appear in long minks, some of the men in formal attire. It appears that this family has completely escaped the great depression. The footage is remarkably well preserved.
